About This Program

This course is part of the CUBE Commissioning Full Training Program, designed to help you master every stage of the project execution workflow using the CUBE platform.

The full training consists of seven parts. While each part can be taken individually, we highly recommend completing all five to ensure a complete understanding of the platform and unlock the full potential of CUBE.

Goal: Manage construction-stage faults efficiently via structured punch lists.

• Identifying construction faults vs. operational faults
• Creating, assigning, and tracking punch list tasks
• Closing punch list workflows with field team collaboration

Session 16 – Writing Automated Testing Scripts for Commissioning

Goal: Develop powerful Auto-Commissioning sequences.

• Scripting examples: Damper rotation tests, Sensor validation
• Executing sequences automatically via mobile apps
• Troubleshooting failed tests and interpreting test reports

Session 17 – Managing Service Contracts and Lifecycle Maintenance

Goal: Transition from commissioning into long-term service excellence.

• Setting up performance-tied service contracts
• Scheduling monthly reports and automated client notifications
• Strategies for maintaining high CUBE Scores year-round

Session 18 – Visio Integration for Automated Sheet Generation

Code: CX-08

Goal: Automate commissioning document generation from control drawings.

• Linking project systems with Visio control drawings
• Synchronizing updates from engineering to commissioning sheets
• Generating live checkout sheets for field teams

Session 19 – Real-Time Visualization with Cx Navigator and BI Dashboards

Code: CX-09 / CB-11

Goal: Proactively manage projects and service performance with data intelligence.

• Monitoring project and site health using Cx Navigator
• Analyzing CUBE Score trends, fault trends, and resolution KPIs
• Automating alerts and dashboards for stakeholders
• Exporting reports for project updates and customer meetings
