About This Program

This course is part of the CUBE Commissioning Full Training Program, designed to help you master every stage of the project execution workflow using the CUBE platform.

The full training consists of seven parts. While each part can be taken individually, we highly recommend completing all five to ensure a complete understanding of the platform and unlock the full potential of CUBE.

Session 10 – Field Calibration Using Mobile Devices and Sensors

Goal: Perform accurate sensor calibration and data recording during field commissioning.

• Connecting mobile devices to BAPI Bluetest sensors
• Live calibration recording and error reduction strategies
• Using CUBE Box for enhanced calibration validation
• Saving calibration records directly into commissioning reports

Session 11 – Creating Verification and Auto-Testing Sequences

Code: CX-07

Goal: Create automated workflows for system functional testing and validation.

• Introduction to Verification Sequences and Test Scripts
• Designing custom workflows for Sequence of Operation (SOO) validation
• Configuring Pass/Fail testing criteria
• Analyzing test results and troubleshooting common failures

Session 12 – Digitalizing Equipment into Service Assets

Goal: Create manageable service assets from building equipment data.

• Converting devices into service asset records
• Setting up Preventive Maintenance (PM) templates per device type
• Structuring buildings and systems for efficient service operations

Session 13 – Closing the Loop: Fault Detection to Service Execution

Goal: Automate the assignment of detected faults into actionable service tasks.

• How CUBE AI proactively identifies system faults
