About This Program

This course is part of the CUBE Inventory Full Training Program, designed to help you master every stage of the inventory management using the CUBE platform.

The full training consists of seven parts. While each part can be taken individually, we highly recommend completing all five to ensure a complete understanding of the platform and unlock the full potential of CUBE.

Session 4 – Material Requests and Approvals

• Vendor communication options (Print, Email, Alps Sync)

Session 6 – Receiving and Checking In

Goal: Execute smooth and accurate receiving processes.

• Receiving full and partial shipments
  
• Managing invoices and references
• Handling multiple deliveries for a single PO

Session 7 – Shipping Management

Code: INV-07

Goal: Coordinate efficient shipment of materials to projects.

• Creating shipping orders from Material Requests
  
• Managing shipments to multiple locations
  
• Generating and managing shipping tickets
