Learning Objectives
By the end of this session, participants will be able to:
- Create shipping orders directly from Material Requests or Inventory transfers.
- Manage and coordinate shipments to multiple locations and projects.
- Generate and track shipping tickets through CUBE.
Session Agenda
INV7.1 Creating Shipping Orders from Material Requests
- Launching a shipping order from an approved request.
- Selecting items, quantities, and destination sites.
- Scheduling shipments based on project timelines.
INV7.2 Managing Shipments to Multiple Locations
- Splitting orders to send materials to:
- Job Sites
- Satellite Offices
- Service Technician Trucks
- Managing delivery groups by address and priority.
INV7.3 Generating and Managing Shipping Tickets
- Auto-generating Shipping Tickets when an order is finalized.
- Tracking shipped quantities vs. requested quantities.
- Recording carrier information, tracking numbers, and delivery confirmations.
Hands-On Preview (Optional if time allows)
- Create a sample Shipping Order.
- Assign to a project location.
- Print or email a Shipping Ticket.
