Assessment Components
1. Knowledge Quiz (20 Questions)
- Covers key concepts from Sessions SVC-01 to SVC-12
- Multiple choice, true/false, and scenario-based questions
2. Simulation Task (Scored)
- Create a new SWO, complete it, and submit a final report
- Demonstrate correct use of site, asset, PM, and billing modules
- Convert at least one recommendation into a proposal
3. Rubric-Based Evaluation
- Assessed on the following criteria:
- Accuracy of workflow
- Completeness of data entry
- Use of automation tools (Q-Bic, PM, billing)
- Mobile app integration
- Clarity and professionalism of reports
Certification Outcome
Successful completion results in:
