Session 13: Capstone: End-to-End Simulation

Goal: Complete a full service lifecycle scenario from setup through execution, using CUBE’s integrated platform tools to simulate a real-world operational workflow.

Format: Live Workshop (Instructor-led via Teams or in-person)
Level: Advanced – Final hands-on simulation

Capstone Objectives

By the end of this session, participants will be able to:

  • Create a new service site and import assets
  • Set up PM tasks and link to a service contract
  • Convert recommendations into proposals
  • Execute and complete a Service Work Order (SWO)
  • Use the mobile app for task management and reporting
  • Validate time entries, generate billing, and submit reports
  • Complete the full cycle from service creation to proposal generation

Capstone Checklist

Participants will complete the following sequence:

  1. Site Creation
    • Add new service site and assign contacts
  2. Asset Import
    • Upload asset list and tag locations
  3. PM Setup
    • Create and assign a PM template to imported assets
  4. Service Contract
    • Generate a service contract estimate linked to site
  5. Proposal Generation
    • Convert approved PM scope into a formal proposal
  6. SWO Creation
    • Execute service using assigned labor and tasks
  7. Mobile App Usage
    • Complete task in field using mobile interface
  8. Timesheet Validation & Billing
    • Validate submitted hours, generate invoice
  9. Report Submission
    • Submit SWO report with documentation via the customer portal
  10. Recommendations
    • Enter recommendations and convert to proposals
