INV14.2 Practical Use Cases and Exercises
- Hands-on review:
- Create a Material Request and convert it into a PO.
- Receive a partial shipment and log it accurately.
- Execute an inventory transfer to a project site.
- Set a low-stock alert using the Watch List.
- Reconcile an invoice with adjusted freight charges.
- Group discussion: troubleshooting common inventory errors.
INV14.3 Certification Assessment to Test Applied Knowledge
- Structure of the Certification:
- Knowledge Quiz: 20 questions (multiple choice, true/false, scenario-based).
- Practical Scenario Task: Complete a mini inventory cycle (request β receive β transfer β reconcile).
- Rubric-Based Scoring: Accuracy, compliance with best practices, documentation clarity.\n
- Passing Score Requirement:
- 80% or higher on combined quiz and scenario performance.
Certification Outcome
Upon successful completion:
- Certification Awarded: CUBE Certified Inventory Manager (CCIM)
