- Navigate to the CUBE BI module.
- Customize dashboard widgets and filters.
- Save personalized views.
10.2 Understanding BI Visualizations
- Analyze project trends (financial, schedule, labor).
- Monitor alarms and performance flags.
- Use trend data for proactive project interventions.
10.3 Creating Customized Insights for Key Stakeholders
- Build role-based dashboards:
- PM-focused

- Financial tracking dashboards
- Set permissions for dashboard visibility.
10.4 Sharing Reports and Dashboards Internally
- Export visual reports to PDF or Excel.
- Schedule auto-generated report deliveries.
