  • Create, link, and manage individual and multiple Sales Sites.
  • Properly associate Sales Sites with customer records for efficient project management and service delivery.

SM7.1 Definition of a Sales Site
  • What a Sales Site represents:
    • Physical address tied to service/project work
    • Location for estimating, site walks, proposals
    • Basis for asset management and contract servicing post-sale
  • Differences between Customers and Sites.
SM7.2 Linking Sites to Customers
  • Step-by-step linking of new or existing Sites to Customers.
  • Managing multiple Sites per Customer for:
    • Regional clients
    • Multi-location accounts (e.g., schools, franchises, municipalities)
  • Viewing consolidated Sales and Service history per Customer/Site combination.
SM7.3 Importing and Managing Multiple Sales Sites
  • Using the Mass Import Template.
  • Bulk uploading multiple Sites by:
    • Region
    • Customer Type
    • Account Owner
  • Cleaning and standardizing address formats for accurate mapping.
  • Best practices for future scalability (site tags, categories).

Hands-On PreviewĀ (Optional if time allows)

  • Create a Sales Site and link it to a sample Customer.
  • Import a small batch of Sites.
  • View Sales and Service associations from Site profiles.
