  • Introduction to project initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure phases within CUBE.
  • How project data flows from Estimating and Engineering into active project records.
  • Emphasis on data consistency and cross-module connectivity.
1.2 Key Stakeholders and Their Roles
  • Review of major roles:
    • Project Manager (PM)
    • Engineering Lead
    • Estimator
    • Field Supervisor
    • Service Coordinator (for project warranty & closeout)Ā 
  • Role handoffs across lifecycle phases.
  • Importance of approvals, reviews, and documentation at each checkpoint.
1.3 Navigation: Accessing the Module and Submodules

  • Overview of major submodules:
    • Active Projects
