  • Defining reorder points for inventory items:
    • High-turnover parts (filters, sensors, wire)
    • Critical spares (boards, controllers, key components)
  • Setting location-specific thresholds based on consumption patterns.
INV11.2 Monitoring Stock Alerts Across Locations
  • Viewing Watch List dashboards:
    • Items below minimum levels
    • Pending orders vs. stock needs
  • Using color indicators for priority:
    • Red: Critical low
    • Yellow: Caution approaching minimum
