The takeoff now does more of the work right on the drawing. Place symbols for items that sit at a single point without being part of a system. Measure directly on the plan using the drawing’s scale. Take wiring runs and duct lengths straight from the sheet, so the quantities in the estimate come from what is actually drawn.

And while you build it, you see the job’s economics live: sell, cost, profit, margin and gross margin per man-hour, line by line.

Timesheets inside the platform your jobs already live in. Jobs, cost codes and pay types come from CUBE, so nothing is mapped by hand. Crews fill the week with “same as yesterday” or “copy last week”, and anything short or missing is flagged before approval. On prevailing wage jobs, hours are grouped the way certified payroll needs them, and approved lines post straight to CUBE HR.
