Sales Module
We have focused on adding functionalities to Customers, Contacts and Sales Forecast submodules. See details:
Customers
We added the functionalities Column Chooser and Refresh in Customer grid.
Sales Forecast
We have added the functionalities Column Chooser and Refresh in Sales Forecast grid.
Contacts
We Added the Refresh functionality in Contacts grid.
Estimating and Engineering Module
You´ll be able to interact with new functionalities related to estimates and components; and in terms of Engineering, related to Programmer and Utility submodules. See details:
Estimates
The tree view in Estimated now has color states.
The system name is now available when add components feature is used
The functionalities Add components and Control Drawing were matched.
Programmer
We addded the functionalities Edit Online, Expand/Collapse and Edit Multiple items in Program Database Details.
Utility
We added the functionalities Column Chooser and Refresh in Comissioning grid.
Projects Module
You´ll find a new functionality related to Schedule of Values. See details:
Edit Project
The feature Import from Change Order now is available in Scheduled Of Value tab.
Service Module
We added new functionalities related to Service Work Orders and Service Sites. See details:
Service Work Orders
You can now assign the date and the time to Schedule Date in Service Work Orders.
You can now assign the date and the time to the Start Date and End Date for the Customer Approval tab in the Service Work Orders.
Service Sites
The Site Primary Contact and Site Alternate Contact in the Service Sites, besides being editable, now can be removed.
In the Service History grid in the Service Sites module, the Status and the Scheduled date columns are now being showed.
Human Resources Module
You´ll find a new functionality related to Time Sheet management. See details:
Time Sheet
We added here the functionality to edit the Notes entries.
Inventory Module
We´ve added new features to submodules related to vendors, material requests, parts and purchase orders. See details:
Vendors
Vendor's name is now up to 60 characters when it's created.
Material Request
Notes added in the Material Request Information tab have been added when Print Material Request is used.
Parts
Cube will keep the assigned filters in the Parts grid.
The Filter feature to search parts has been removed, and the original search bar has been improved, and it is working correctly.
Purchase Order
When the Export All Data feature in the Purchase Order Detail is used, the project name will be shown in the spreadsheet.
